omarchyguild.com: members authorize GitHub once and their Omarchy pull requests import and stay current on their own. Rails 8, SQLite with Solid Queue, magic-link auth, plus a contributor leaderboard and a globe.

Moved a production app to a new domain (DNS, certs, host allowlist) in one commit, about 15 minutes, from bed in London. Written up on the blog.

Operator notifications in ~60 lines

Telegram pings for every cucamonga.app signup. About sixty lines of code, plus tests.

podiumstats.com, cucamonga.app, and omarchyguild.com: Rails, SQLite, Hotwire, auto-deploy on push via Hatchbox. Boring in the best way.
